How Much Does a Membership Cost?

We have a variety of membership options available to help you achieve your fitness goals. We also offer corporate, student and family add-on rates. Get your fitness goals started today by clicking here or visit any club location for further information.

How Can I Join?

What are the benefits of being a Member?

Can I Use All Your Locations?

The choice is yours, depending on which type of membership you select to reach your fitness goals.

What Are Your Age Restrictions for Membership?

Our clubs accommodate members as young as 16 years (downtown clubs); or 12 years under certain circumstances, at certain facilities (suburban locations). All members 18 or younger require a parent or legal guardian to co-sign for a membership. Please contact your preferred club for further details by clicking here.

Can I Try Your Clubs Before Joining?

Will You Show Me How to Use the Equipment?

Yes. New members are offered a supervised equipment orientation session and a Personal Goal Assessment. To schedule an appointment click here.

Do You Provide Nutritional Advice?

Do You Have Change Rooms, Showers and Lockers?

Yes. All our clubs have these amenities. Lockers are for daily use only, members are requested to provide their own lock.



How can I Pay for My Membership?

You may choose the type of membership option that best aligns with your goals. We offer pre-paid memberships that are paid for in-full at the time of purchase, or you can choose a membership with bi-weekly payments that are paid by Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT). EFT can be set up on your chequing account, Visa, MasterCard or American Express credit card. A pre-paid membership must be paid in full at the time of purchase and cannot be paid in installments or EFT.

What is the Annual Club Enhancement Fee?

The Annual Club Enhancement fee is an industry standard fee to enhance our facilities, services and programs for our members. We plan to continue upgrading our current locations and expanding our location base in the years to come, while continuing to offer the best fitness facilities and services in British Columbia.



What Type of Equipment Do You Have?

We have all the traditional strength and cardio equipment you’ll need to achieve your fitness goals, and we also provide you with an array of functional fitness equipment options and trend setting group fitness classes where there is no limit to how fun and functional your workouts can be. How are Sports Club Locations Different than Fitness World Locations?

Our Sports Club facilities offer more amenities with a bigger variety of Specialty Group Fitness Classes.

What do I Need to Know about Gym Etiquette?

While we encourage our members to achieve their fitness goals we also request that members respect one another, our staff, the facilities, and the equipment by abiding to the following code:

Can I Bring a Friend?

An individual may come as your guest once every six (6) months. Additional visits may be purchased. Prices will vary between locations, please contact your preferred location for more information. Each guest must register at the front desk, complete a release, and be under the guidance of our staff. Guests must be 19 years of age or older, unless your guest is your legal dependent, in which case your guest may be as young as age 16.

How do I Check In for my workouts?

All new members are issued a membership scan card. Please bring your membership card and scan in for each visit at the front desk.

Do You Offer Child Minding?

Many of our locations offer child minding services. Ages 1-12 are welcome, ages below 12 months are by reservation. This service has a 2-hour maximum duration and parents must remain in the building while the child is in our facilities. Pricing varies per location, services provided, and volume of children. Are Classes Included With My Membership?
