Active rehabilitation and post injury training is the period of the time during and following physiotherapy and rehabilitation and the time prior to returning to full activity. During this period, continued exercise and training is necessary and beneficial. Our rehabilitation trainers offer specialized exercise assessment, programming and conditioning for individuals who have experienced a set back due to injury, surgery, illness, or other chronic conditions. Education on injury prevention and current injury management is also provided. Ideal candidates for active rehabilitation should be undergoing, or have been released from physiotherapy and have medical clearance from a health professional.
